5. All residents of these territories may stay or leave.
6. Announce your immediate resignation.
For Vladimir Putin
1. You then declare the war over and establish a total ceasefire.
2. You end all attacks against Ukraine and cease all fighting.
3. The Russian military remains only in the ceded territories.
4. No more mines are laid; instead, their clearance is organized.
5. There must be absolutely no aggression against the inhabitants of the ceded territories. None! They are free to leave or stay.
6. I am ready at any time to open the way forward to true peace at a common negotiating table.
